Brian Utke is a real estate professional with over 30 years of industry experience in both the public and private sector. He has achieved exceptional results in solving complex operational, strategic and technological challenges in the corporate real estate, asset management, property management, real estate development and homebuilding industries for companies in the U.S. and around the world.
With a strong business and financial background, Mr. Utke has a proven track record of translating business challenges and opportunities into transformational solutions within organizations of all sizes and stages of maturity.
Prior to joining GPG Advisers, Mr. Utke established a private consulting practice focused on helping companies operate more efficiently to maximize the value of their real estate assets. In addition, he served in senior level roles within several prominent real estate organizations.
Mr. Utke was managing director at RealFoundations where he established and led the Denver office; a senior manager at Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal for over 11 years; controller and director of IT at The Yousem Company, a multi-family portfolio asset management company; and senior accounting supervisor at Tishman Management Corporation, a property management firm specializing in commercial, retail, and office properties.
Mr. Utke attended American University and San Diego State University and holds a BA in Finance.
