Quinn Munton brings more than 21 years of experience to GPG Advisers in real estate operations, infrastructure engineering, energy management and procurement, building automation engineering and operations management and consulting, with a significant amount of this experience concentrated on the Owner/REIT, Commercial Real Estate, Retail, Multi-Family and Hospitality sectors.
Mr. Munton has focused the past nine years on helping owner operators, corporate occupiers and multi-family portfolios improve their operations, solve technology problems and operate Greener, with a focus on the bottom line.
Prior to founding GPG Advisers, Mr. Munton served as a Managing Director for RealFoundations where he oversaw the Building Technology & Sustainability (BT&S) practice. The BT&S teams were devoted to the execution of long-range technology plans, large business improvement projects, packaged technology selections and implementations. Some of his clients include: GE Real Estate, Macerich, Forest City Enterprises, The Irvine Company, The Walt Disney Company and The Related Companies.
Mr. Munton served as Vice President of Operations and Engineering for a national telecommunications company. Prior to that, he worked as a Systems Manager developing the Southern California fiber infrastructure to support the Internet for Pacific Bell.
Recently, Mr. Munton founded a new company, RE Insight, that delivers data analytics and big data infrastructure strategies to aid real estate and alternative investments companies leverage data assets into competitive gains.
