Robert Lieberman is a real estate professional with over 30 years of industry experience. He has achieved significant results - both strategically and technologically - in his field. His background in retail and real estate has allowed him to engage with clients at all levels of the organization as well as having experience in the entire lifecycle of each business function.
Prior to joining GPG Advisers, Mr. Lieberman was the senior vice president and chief information officer for Brixmor Property Group (formerly Centro Properties and New Plan Excel Realty Trust). During his 16+ years there, he made business process improvements that resulted in notable efficiencies that enabled Brixmor to become one of the most technologically advanced real estate organizations of its kind.
Mr. Lieberman has experience in every key aspect of running the successful real estate organization, including finance and budgeting, operations, leasing, property management, insurance and risk management, acquisitions and dispositions, marketing, construction, and facilities and asset management. He also served on the Board for Quest International User Group.
He is a certified public accountant (CPA), co-authored Best Practices for Securing an Enterprise, published by Aspatore Books, and is a Computerworld Laureate Award recipient.
