Seth Glickman has over 13 years of experience within the real estate and consulting industries representing both public and private sector companies. He has worked with clients to facilitate business strategy and maximize operational efficiency through projects that included the redesign of company-wide business processes; implementation of CRM and ERP technology solutions; and redevelopment of the operational data models.
Mr. Glickman's client engagements are wide-ranging from working on mergers to business operation overhauls where he has served as a project manager, design/process lead, and business analyst.
Prior to his recent consulting experience, Seth was vice president of a hotel investment sales and advisory firm where he completed transaction and advisory assignments totaling over $90,000,000 in value.
Mr. Glickman also co-founded a private investment company that acquired and repositioned a Midwestern hotel asset. He continues to maintain his role as managing member of the company and has more than tripled the initial stakeholder investment to generate a 3.1 gross equity multiple.
Mr. Glickman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Finance from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Ohio State University. He is also a registered CPA and licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
